Born 2 Run – Run Forest Run – Loughgall
A slightly quiet racing week last week, but Emily Paisley made an impressive start to 2024 representing Orangegrove in the Loughgall 10k race. The race is set in Loughgall in Armagh with the route taking in the forest paths around the estate passing the golf course and lake. Well done Emily!

Parkrun Report
06/01/2024
The highlight this weekend was at Stormont where Gemma Blake not only ran a Stormont PB but also finished as first female, over a minute ahead of the 2nd placed female. Great running Gemma!
Michael O’Donoghue is on a roll at the minute with new parkrun locations, doing Porch Field parkrun last weekend bringing him up to 88 locations, and this coming Saturday him and Verity Cornford are getting the train down to Dublin to do Fairview parkrun in what he has a described as a “tourism mini adventure.” It involves a 6.50am train from Belfast so slightly too adventurous for my liking.
Well done everyone!
