Newcomers are welcome to come along and check out any of our training sessions. However, the Tuesday night interval session would provide the clearest idea of what we can offer. If you wish to come along please email our Club captain for more details –

Extra training times and facilities available to Senior Endurance group

Any senior endurance athletes who are unable to attend the Tuesday sessions at Mary Peters Track are welcome to attend the below sessions to complete the advised Tuesday session as per the plan. No senior endurance coach will be in attendance.

All senior athletes must make themselves known to Sprints Coach Alan Martin and can join in with the Sprints group warm up/cool down.

The Juniors, minis and Sprints group will be using the track and infield. All Seniors endurance athletes using the facilities must take direction from the Junior/Sprints coaches and be mindful of the requirements of all users.
