Rules
  • No entry to club championship is required. All senior competitive club members registered as OAC athletes with ANI (in good standing as per club constitution) who run in any of these events are eligible for points.
  • There will be separate male and female competitions.
  • Best 8 scores to count.
  • In the case of XC races, men should run the senior race , not the separate masters race, to be eligible for points.
  • Chip times will be used (if applicable)
  • Points will be allocated as such. 1st finisher receives 20 points, 2nd 18, 3rd 16, 4th 15, 5th 14, 6th 13 etc . In exceptional circumstances (eg over 18 male or female members running in an event) the scoring system will be adapted at the discretion of the race committee.
  • Any club member completing 8 events will receive a medal at the AGM.
  • Championship places and points will be released as soon as possible after each event. It is the responsibility of each runner to check these points and report any errors at that stage.
  • Points will be calculated by Brian Todd and checked by club captain (Chris Woods).
