I have more than 1 team to enter, how do I add another team?
When you complete your first team entry, please follow the link to start a new entry. Repeat the process for multiple teams.
The form asks me to provide names of reserves but I won’t need a reserve.
Without a named reserve you will not be able to substitute another runner. Reserves must be named in advance and we allow 4 reserves for mens teams and 3 reserves for ladies teams to give you some flexibility. A person can be named as a reserve for more than 1 team but can only race for 1 of those teams on the day. As race expenses will already be incurred refunds cannot be made for failure to field a full team on the day.
Is there any flexibility around the closing date for entries?
No. A lot of data handling and preparation including assembly of race day packs needs to be done in the week between close of entries and race day.
One of my team is not registered with ANI, can I still enter them?
No. Only ANI registered runners can compete in the Relay races if your team is to be eligible for the ANI Relay Championship. Complete the normal ANI registration process immediately to get an ANI registration number then complete the race entry form.
I made an error completing the form. Do I just submit another entry?
No, you would then have entered that team twice. Send an email to relays@orangegroveac.co.uk before the closing date if you think you have made an error.
Can I change the membership of my teams?
Yes.  This year the functionality has been added to change details of entries after registration.  Simply click on “my registration” at the bottom of the registration page and enter your details
Can I give you names/ANI numbers/payment on the day?
No. We need everything requested on the form and full payment before close of entries.
Are the relays chip timed?
The Relay and Junior races will be chip timed. The primary school races will not.
