Antrim IAAF XC
In one of the biggest events in the NI race calendar, featuring top athletes from the likes of Kenya and Bahrain, along with the elite runners of Britain & Ireland, Orangegrove AC fielded 22 athletes for the various races in the Antrim International Cross Country.
11 men did the senior open event which was a 10k route around the Greenmount campus. No prizes but notable performances from International XC athlete Jonny Park who finished in 35m18s and John Craig who finished in 38m07s.
In the ladies race, which was 5.6k, great performances as always from Louise Lemon (24m31s) and new addition to the club Anne Moore (25m41s). Jacqui Maxwell came 3rd in the F50 age category with a time of 26m52s.
