Lots of PBs at Seeley Cup
There was much to celebrate in Ormeau Park yesterday as a number of our athletes took part in the annual Seeley Cup 10k and PBs tumbled.
The 26 strong Orangegrove contingent were lead home by John Craig who was perfectly paced by Paul Woodman, closely followed by coach Michael Thompson. These were the first PBs of the day and many others in the orange vest ran new personal bests over the 10k distance, including a number in daddy duck, Gary Keenan’s posse.
Brian Todd placed 6th in his age category and Jacqui Maxwell and Joy McAleer came 3rd and 4th in their female age group.
